What Are Loss Of Appetite And Continuous Thirst/urination Symptoms Of?
I m always tired, thirsty but I have no appetite anymore. I can fix something to eat and as soon as I get ready to feast I no longer want any of it. Though I drink water all day like a fish and I m always tired and go to the restroom a lot. What can this mean? Should I be worried? How can I change this?
Hello dear Understand your concern. Your symptoms look like diabetes melitus/insipidus. More drinking of water due to loss of water in urine may be due to osmotic diuresis. I would like to suggest following tests and consult the MD doctor: Fasting blood sugar (On two separate day), post postprandial blood sugar (2 hour after meal), Glycated haemoglobin, urine routine and microscopic examination, urea, creatinine, ADH hormone, water deprivation and concentration test.
Hope this may help you Best regards Dr. Sagar
