Hi, I have gone through your question. Regestrone is progesterone which is given to you for getting your periods. It Will not help you to conceive.
Bigomet SR is metformin which is given in patient with diabetes or polycystic ovarian disease to control the abnormal glucose metabolism.
Your doctor might have prescribed you metformin after suspecting you a case of polycystic ovarian disease.
I would suggest you to consult your doctor and enquire about ovulation induction, after the investigations for the cause of infertility has been done of both the partners.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
