What Are Normal Activities Done By 4 Month Old?

My question about my son, he has 4 months and half, his weight is 7 kg, physically he grows up normally but his attitude not good, he didn't smile, didn't laugh, didn,t look to the persons or to the objects, just he look at floor )up) or to his right side, he didn't say anything, for example ggh, mm, nothing just crying, so I think that his problem what is ur opinion

Absence of smile by 4 months is an indication for assessment of your baby by a paediatrician and if required by a developmental paediatrician.
So do take your baby to a paediatrician to decide further course of action.
