What Are Normal Blood Sugar Levels During Pregnancy?

I m currently entered into 6 month of pregnancy. This is our first baby. Recently I carried out Blood sugar test. The result were 86 in Fasting and 158 post lunch. could you please let me know if the same is OK. Also please advise if there is any threat to my baby.

Hi.your fasting sugar is normal but post lunch sugar is higher. But for confirmation of gestational diabetes you should undergo glucose tolerance test. Depending on its result can be treated. If it is gestational diabetes then baby may have intrauterine & post delivery problem s.
