Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,

I can understand your concern for the red spots on your toes and am quite empathetic to the same.

You have not told us your age, sex and related medical history so that a close possibility could be drawn. A close physical examination or a good resolution picture is of great help to diagnose the exact entity.

In my view it appears to be due to inflammation of vessels known as vasculitis or due to purpura. I suggest you to meet a dermatologist to rule out same.

Till the time you meet a dermatologist you can take an antihistamine or plane paracetamol under medical guidance.

All the best.
