Hi. I m 19 year old male living in uk. When I was young I was wierdly touched my nipples sometimes. Now they it looks dark and big. It s very embaracing when I wear tight shirts. I also haven t done swimming due to it eve though I would love to do it. It s just embaracing. Please help. Can u suggest me any helps or options that is available for me. I m very stressed ATM.Thank you
