You are advised to take food that will help you control your BP naturally. Take citrus fruits like oranges and lemons. Take food that contains omega 3 fatty acid like salmon and fatty fishes. Take leafy greens, nuts and seeds, amaranth, olive oil, carrots, tomatoes, broccoli, etc. Keep yourself well hydrated and avoid any kind of
stress (physical, emotional) or
anxiety.
Do regular walking, maintain healthy weight. It will help to control BP. In order to get sleep naturally avoid screens before bed, do not work on laptop late at night. Do regular reading of books, do gentle exercises, and practicing mindfulness will help to go off to sleep. Avoid going to bed when you are not feeling sleepy.
