Hi, Chewing tobacco in any form is as harmful as smoking. It can have a number of harmful effects on your body. Starting from bad breath, staining of teeth, tooth decay, oral ulcers, etc., it can also cause mouth, tongue, cheek, gum, and throat cancer. It can also lead to cancer in other parts of body like esophagus, stomach, pancreas. There is a high chance of developing heart disease/ heart attacks, and stroke. All these effects are possible even at the amount that you are taking. So, it is highly advisable that you quit as soon as possible. All the best.
