Hi I am talking thyronorm 112.5 from last 2.5 years, now my thyroid reports says, FREE T3 2.46. T4 1.46 and TSH is 4.62 (sightly above the normal range of 0.45 to 4.5). My questions are 1. Hi
Thanks for contacting HCM.
Going through your history, you are suffering from Hypothyrodism because , you are taking 112.5 micro gram of thyronorm tablet.
Thyonorm contains Thyroxine Sodium.
1.Needs your previous thyroid report. to reduce or increase the tab. because it need review of TSH level for every 3 month. If your TSH level was hiegher than from this report than reduce the dose. 4.62 is not eleveted level. from doctors side ti immediate reduce/ increase dose of thyonorm.

2. Below are some possible side effects that you should notify your physician if you experience.

Hairloss (usually only temporary)
Increased sensitivity to heat
Anxiousness or nervousness
Feeling weak or tired
Abnormal mood swings
Abdomen and stomach pains
Diarrhea
Shakes
Seizure
Headache
Trouble breathing
Chest pains
A change in heartbeat
Swelling
Symtoms of an allergic reactions

3. you are continue with same dose and provide us previous report. If you does not have any previous report then continue with same dose for one month and repeat only TSH level after one month.
Hypothyroidism is a condition in which the body lacks sufficient thyroid hormone .Above normal range is lack of harmone.
