Side effects of the skinlite cream and its remedy? I m using skinlite (hydroquinone+tretinoin+mometasone furoate) cream since 1 month, my face became fairer than before it really works but when i didn t use it for only 4 days i noticed some dark area in my face after that i used it for 2 days it reduced darkness on my face, i heard all the side effects of skinlite cream but when i leave it or i don t use it..face becomes pale and some darkness are there so what should i do...pls suggest

Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Skinlite is a strong pigmentation reducing cream.It should be used only under prescription of a dermatologist.Although initial effects are good prolong use may give problems like rebound pigmentation like you got.It can give dry skin, acne, hypersensitivity to sunlight etc as side effects.Milder pigmentation reducers like kojic acid or liquorice or vitamin c based creams will benefit you.A sunscreen also is recommended.Hope this may help you.
