What Are Swollen Lymph Nodes A Symptom Of?

I have swollen lymph nodes on my breast, arm pit, groin.I am so itchy constantly. I am getting hot flashes and mostly at night. I have a history of papillary carcinoma late stage 3 and cervical cancer. I am drained of energy. I have shortness of breath to the point of having to take several breaks when doing anything physical. My right hip aches from time to time and it is dull. I get salivary infections at times. I have cysts on my scalp, behind my ears. I have a growth on my left eye in the far corner closest to my ear that looks like a swollen gland. Is this cause for concern that I am out of remission?

Hi,

You have to check for reoccurrence of malignancy. Which papillary carcinoma you have is it thyroid or breast or ovarian papillary serous carcinoma etc?

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. You may develop Mets to lymph nodes or hip or joint.

Get X-ray, ultrasound abdomen, urine examination, bone scan, pet scan for secondaries. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
