I am pretty sure I had an ovarian cyst rupture 2 days ago (11.09.12 @ 1700 hours). I had severe suprapubic pain that radiated to my lower back, rectal, and entire groin region. I was nauseated likely from the intense pain that I was experiencing. This lasted about 2-3 hours. My lower abdomen has been tender and distended since, but gradually improving the past 48 hours. Yesterday I started having scant to small amount of clear watery vaginal discharge with rust brown flecks. There is no odor present to the vaginal discharge. The pain is much improved now, but I feel extremely tired. My last menses was 11.09.04, I have regular, heavy painful monthly cycles (this is nothing new ~ unchanged for last 5 years or so). I do have a history of endometriosis, ovarian cysts (1 functional, and 1 chocolate, on the right that had measured 5.8cm which was aspirated 1.5 years ago, and 1 chocolate on my left which had measured 3.8cm), and a "small" fibroid. I did not seek medical attention 2 days ago, I didn't feel I warranted "emergency" care as my symptoms seem to be improving. We live in a small rural community with access only to an urgent care type setting and on-call GP type physician. Lab and diagnostics are only available M-F, 8am-4pm. I am 36 y.o 5'2" 155lbs. I have 2 healthy children and not looking to have any more. I am not pregnant, my husband has had a vasectomy 6 years ago.
