What Are Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

I'm 19 years old, and I had unprotected sexual intercourse but he didn't ejaculate inside of me, it's like he ejaculates outside and wipes it off and 15 minutes later we'll do the same thing.it was near my menstrual cycle time but I had my period normally.after 3 weeks and a half , I had unprotected sexual intercourse and he didn't ejaculate at all . also had period normally as well.after 4 weeks of my last period , I was near my cycle time but I was admitted to have a breast mass remove and I think it was a 45 minute procedure and I was on general anesthesia and I got out at the same day.now it has been almost 3 weeks and I'm starting to panic and worriedI wanna know why my menstrual cycle is late.could i be pregnant or is it because of the general anesthesia and the antibiotics I have been taking?<please help me, this is really killing me latelyI haven't really rested for a month now :"(

Yes there is chance to get pregnant after the unprotected sex, even though the partner has not ejaculate inside. As Bulbourethral fluids ( pre cum) does contain sperms.
The way of protection you are trying is absolute wrong, there is 100% chances for pregnancy. As periods are not as accurate as you think, they can be earlier and late.
Since you have already missed your period - try a urine pregnancy test ( which is more accurate after a missed period)
After that act accordingly.
