In urinary tract infection usually fever present sometime with chills , scalding pain while urination.
In flu headache , fever, sore throat , muscular pain are the symptoms.
In both these disorder vomiting can occur but no other symptoms present.
So these two disease are less likely here.
Search for other causes like ulcer, gastritis , enterocolitis, food poisoning etc.
