What Are The After Effects Of Prolonged Use Of Zen Retard?
My dad is taking zenretard tab since25yrs.He is having bi polar disorder for which dr has prescribed him.I want to know is it safe to use for such a long period. Now he is 67 yrs old and he seems to have often nervous breakdown and also sometimes loss of memory. Please help me out.

First of all it is safe to take for long time, it has no major side effects.
it has side effects like sedation, giddiness, diplopia etc...
At the age of memory loss may be due to dementia changes in brain so if possible do MRI brain.
There is nothing to do with zen retard and memory loss.
