What Are The Bumps On The Bottom Of My Feet?
On the bottom of my feet under my toes I have 3 pea sized bumps on the bottom of my feet. If you rub over them they feel like bumps, but if you look ay them they are indented. Its like a layer of skin grew over these indentations. It hurts really bad to walk on them.

The peasized bumps which you have described looks most probably looks like corns...and yes they are painful while you walk.
You can dip your feet in warm water for 20 mins at night bedtime to soften the skin over it, also corn caps can be put over it to relieve pain.
