What Are The Cause For White Spots Behind The Eye ?

Hi I was just at eye doctor, he said I had white spots behind my eyes, He had a name for them. I can't remember what it was. I was wondering what caused them. I do have cateracts and also Lupus. I think it has something to do with the lupus. What I would like to know is the name they are called. Thank you Gloria YYYY@YYYY
