What Are The Causes For Sores And Blisters On Top Of The Leg?

I have these sores on the tops of my feet going up my legs, when I would scratch them they would pop like blisters, now they dont itch until they pop but now they are popping blood, what could these be? I am 52 years old and take plavix and asprin on a everyday basis.
