What Are The Causes For Swelling In Face And Eyes?

My daughter is 26 years old, healthy. Has had a few allergy related conditions, but today she has very read swollen face and eyes. She has not used anything different on her face, no different products. But the swelling and redness and blotchiness is quite extreme.

Welcome to HCM,

The symptoms of your daughter suggests me that she is a severe allergic reactions.

She need to test her blood for absolute eosinophil count (AEC) to confirm for the presence of allergic reactions.

I would suggest you to undergo skin prick test with different allergens like dust, pollen, mite, food and chemicals.

By identifying the allergens causing the symptoms, your daughter can avoid the allergens. If it is not possible to avoid she can go for immunotherapy.
