What Are The Causes For The Electric Shocks In Girl Abdomen And Lumbar Region?

My sister is experiencing what she describes as electric shocks in her abdomen abdomen and lumbar region. She is a freshman in college, an hour away from me and 2.5 hours away from home. Is this something we should be immediately concerned about? Do you have any ideas about what this could be?

I suggest her to go for a USG abdomen and pelvis and serum amylase and lipase to rule out the cause of pain.
Mean while she can take Drotin.
