What Are The Causes Foul-smelling Ears?

Hi My left ear smells really bad. I would describe it like rotting flesh. I use an in ear earpiece at work and noticed that this earpiece stunk (took it out to hear someone and randomly had it near my nose) What could this be? I have issues with ear wax/blocked ears. Could this be the problem?

Causes of foul smelling in ears csom attico antral type of disease,maggots in ears,neoplastic conditions.Of these conditions Csom(chronic suppurative otitis media) of attico antral type is the common one,which is otherwise called dangerous type of ear disease.I would recommend you to consult an ent specialist to examine your ear.
