What Are The Causes Of Burning Sensation During Urination And Itching In Rectum?

Hello, I am a woman who is having trouble urinating. I get the urge to pee, but then cannot and it burns and is painful. Also, I noticed that my rectum has started to itch badly. I was sexually active in early December, but I have not been since. The symptoms just started showing up yesterday.

Hi,
The symptoms which you have presented commonly are present in urinary tract infection and cystities,
To make a certain diagnosis and know the causing factor you will have to undergo some investigation like,
Urine routine and microscopy,
Complete blood count,
If no positive findings then ultrasound abdomen and pelvis,
For analysing results of your investigation and getting the best possible management lease visit a urologist as they are expert in dealing with such conditions.
Hope this information helps.
