What Are The Causes Of Fever, Headache, Pain In Legs And Dilated Pupils Of A 2 Year Old?

Any ideas? My son is 2 years old. He has a slight fever, and is complaining of a bad headache and pain in his legs. His pupils are also dilated... Any help would be great. He felt the same way last night and woke up feeling ok. These symptoms returned late this afternoon. Any ideas?

thanks for your question. well fever, pain in legs with fever fits in as viral infections. so start giving him paracetamol three times a day.
but dilated pupils is an important sign. did you check them in dark? are they always dilated? and is there any stiff neck?
if any of the above is true then visit your doctor to rule out viral meningitis.
