Hi,
If you have never been delayed with your periods and are sexually active without any contraception, You should go for a home pregnancy test with a fresh early morning sample of urine. For a better and an earlier confirmation, you can get the serum beta-hCG values estimated along with a trans-vaginal sonogram. Your symptoms cannot be attributed to very early pregnancy alone, they can be due to an impending period also. Please consult a gynecologist for further suggestions and management. Hope your query has been clarified. Wish you good health.
