What Are The Causes Of Having Twitching In Center Of Head And Eyelids, Headache And Dry Feeling In Eyes?

I have a twitch in the center of my forehead, about 1.5 inches above my eyebrow line. I have also had twitching on the eyelids of both eyes. I've suffered from headaches for about a month, and a very dry feeling in my eyes at night, and just after waking up, for the past few weeks. I have also been feeling very tired lately. I've recently experienced some very stressful situations.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
This kind of twitching are non specific and may go away unnoticed, for the dry eye you can use artificial tear drops but before using it better to have opinion from the eye specialist, keep your stress level low otherwise this could aggravate the twitching phenomenon, have nice day.
