What Are The Causes Of Stabbing Pain In Back And Abdominal Cramping?
I have had stabbing right side back pain in waves all day with abdominal cramping. The pain starts in my back and radiates to my side. I have a history of UTIs and suffered from kidney infections before. I have no other symptoms and feel fine otherwise. I have done nothing out the ordinary so its not a muscle ache.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having acute renal colic on right side.
This might be due to acute urinary tract infection or kidney stone.
Go for urine check up for pus and blood cells.
If require go for ultra sound examination.
Mean while take some antispasmodic like Dicyclomine as and when required.
After report go for specific treatment.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
