What Are The Causes Of Vomiting, Yellow Colored Stool And Bad Smelling Burps Of A 18 Month Baby?

Hi there my daughter is 18 months.for a week she has thrown up only at night once maybe twice followed by 3 days of yellow korma looking soft stools now the past 2 nights has had really offensive smelling eggy burps. She is fine through the day eating and drinking normally she doesn't have milk at bed either??
