What Are The Causes, Symptoms And Cure For Premature Ejaculation?
I think i suffer from premature ejaculation although my sexual experience is not extensive (due to this problem). I'm an otherwise healthy 26 year old guy who exercises regularily. I doubt it's a mental thing because I'm very comfortable in my own skin. What can I do?

Premature ejaculation is one of common psychosexual problem in youngsters. It can occur due to lack of experience, heightened arousal. If you are having premature ejaculation then try to divert your attention during intercourse. This will decrease the anxiety and will delay the ejaculation time.
Consult a psychiatrist if the problem is causing significant distress to your social and personal life. Medicines like SSRIs as Dapoxetine are very useful in pre-mature ejaculation.
