Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
HIV risk through oral sex is very low. Saliva does not contain infectious dose of virus. Moreover there is an enzyme in the saliva, called as Lysozyme, which is inimical to the virus. Unless the saliva is mixed with blood (oral disease), that sex partner has HIV and when there was some micro-abrasions over your penis or foreskin, you would not get HIV. So nothing to worry.
You can get cleared all your doubts by having a HIV test after 12 weeks after that contact. Till then it is better to have a safe sex with your wife.

Main body fluids which are infectious for spreading hiv are
1Blood
2 Vaginal
secretion
3Semen
4 Rectal secretion
5 Breat milk
6 And saliva very rare.

There very low percentage of hov in saliva.....having oral sex without protection with hiv infected is risky but more for receptive than intruder.....and risk increase when there is oral sex with ejeculation(cum) of semen in mouth....in your case as you are not receptive and oral sex is not done in the way i sited...just tasting is not risky but if you have strong suspicion of being her infected then it is advisable to do your and her testing....this kind of risk behaviour should be avoided.....especially when partener is infected.
