What Are The Chances Of STD Transmission Without Any Penetration?

It hasn t been recent but on 2 different occasions when I was with 2 different guys The one guy was rubbing his penis on my vagina, I do believe I was wet, not sure about pre cum, but he never penetrated. Am I at risk for that at all? The second guy did the same and he always put his penis head right near my whole and was trying to penetrate but I told him no cuz he did not have a condom, but he penis was right at the whole. Any risk for that? I am only really worried about this guy because after this I had found out he was married and cut of all communication with him and when he wife was telling me she s like don t worry you weren t the first one he s cheated with, so it just scares me a little bit, especially since I didn t/don t know his status. Also I had an STD, which was treated and no longer there and a year ago my doctor found cervical displaysia, which I m still dealing with. Any risk because of me having that? I m asking this because my primary doctor gave me lab work to get done and put an hiv test on it and I ve been freaking out ever since. I liteally just woke up because I had a dream that it came out positive and now I m terrified to go do it.

Hello. Thanks for writing to us at healthcaremagic

Genital to genital rubbing is a risk factor for transmission for STD's including HIV.
It also depends on how long the two of you were engaged in the act. The longer the act continues the higher the risk because obviously there would be more wear and tear for the microbes to enter into the system

If I was the treating doctor I would also suggest testing for STD's (gental herpes, HPV, syphilis, gonorrhea, chlamydia) including HIV.
In case you develop vaginal discharge, burning while passing urine, genital ulcer or notice any genital growth, you should report it immediately to your doctor.

History of cervical dysplasia is significant; one reason could be because you already have HPV infection, which is an STD.
High risk HPV types (types 16 and 18) are associated with cervical dysplasia and cervical cancer. A woman with cervical dysplasia needs regular monitoring with Pap smear and colposcopy to detect any cancerous changes at an early stage.
