What Are The Chances Of A Bone Fracture When Bruising, Swelling And Pain Exists?

Hi i landed on my shin a few weeks ago which resulted in immediate pian, swelling and bruising from, my mid shin down to my ankle. I can walk with no discomfort but it is very painfull to appy any pressure to my tibial tuberosity. It is now getting painful pins and needles feeling at that point. Could it be broken?

Hi,

There may be hair line fracture in bone. So you should get x-ray affected leg in AP and Lateral view and send me the report.

Till then do not squat, upstairs and jogging etc.

Take ibuprofen only when needed.
