What Are The Chances Of Abnormality In Fetus In Pregnancy With Bicornuate Uterus?
How much more of a risk am I for having a baby with malformations or deformations with a bicornuate uterus? currently 27 weeks pregnant and my water broke and in labor. I am on bed rest now and contractions have stopped but I am worried not only about early delivery but possible deformations or malformations.

Binornuate uterus is not a deciding factor for anamolies in fetus. It can result in complications like pain in andpmen malpresentation midtrimester loss of pregnancy poor placentation amd associared complications preterm onset of labour leaking pv . ctev is the anamoly possible but it is treatable. Take gd resk. U can be started on antibiotics and duvadilon orally. Amnioseal has good results in sucg cases . hope for the best. Think positive
