Hi,

Bromelain is an enzyme obtained from the pineapple claimed to be effective for relieving sinus problems, reducing inflammation, and improving digestion. However there is no proven clinical study to support these benefits. Its common side effects include indigestion, nausea, diarrhea and abnormal uterine bleeding. Vitamin K is commonly used to reverse the bleeding caused by the blood thinner warfarin it does not prevent the abnormal uterine bleeding caused by bromelain.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
