What Are The Chances Of Conception With The Following Uterus Scan Result?

hi,i am 29years,my scan indicates uterus is non-gravid,bulky,anteverted,of heterogeneous myommetrial echopattern.it measures about 60mm in AP diameter.there is an hypoechoic spherical density which measures about 37x36mmbin size which is indenting the endometrial plate echo-line posteriorly. this is possibly a sub mucus leiomyoma.both adnexae are free.the pouch of douglas is free.no retained product of conception seen.the general uterine outline is regular and consistent. does this mean i cant get pregnant?
