What Are The Chances Of Getting STD Through Nonpenetrative Sex?

Hi, I had sexual contact with a man 3 weeks ago and i am very worried about whether i would contract serious std such as hiv virus through the contact. I hope you can give me some help on this. There was no penetration or fingering, only mutual maturbation, but at some point he touched his penis head with pre-cum, and afterwards touched my clitoris and near the vagina opening, and i was very wet. I am not sure whether those pre-cum had dried out or not when he did that... Do you think I am at risk? thanks you very much.

Thank you for query.it is unlikely for HIV transmission with the mode described as there is only touch and the possibilities of secretions coming in contact is rare.so relax and do not worry.Just by touch it is not possible to get HIV.there are other diseases like herpes which can be transmitted by touch .You can go for HIV RNA PCR if you have anxiety for HIV and look for symptoms of herpes. You can get back for any clarifications.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist.
