What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant After Miscarriage?
I am currently 5 weeks 3 days pregnant according to my calculations. The first day of my LMP was March 23rd, 2015. I had a miscarriage in April of 2014 at about the same time. I have had my HCG levels checked three times since last Tuesday. The first was 41, second was 125, and today s was only 138. Is there a chance that this is a viable pregnancy?
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. First trimester abortions are commonly due to chromosomal anomalies. The hCG levels should double in 48 hours in a viable intrauterine pregnancy. I would suggest you to not to worry, and get a ultrasound repeated after2 weeks to assess the fetal growth and heart beat and hence assess the viability of pregnancy.
