What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant While Using Duphaston?

hi doc i have been trying to concieve for the past two and half years. all the reports are normal but have PCOS. now m on ovashield 12th day folicle size was 27 mm and ET was 10, 14th day folicle scan showed that it ruptured and ET was 13 with no free fluid seen... doc told me to start with duphaston from 15th day for 15 day. what are the chances of pregancy with this ??

Hello,
I have gone through the query and understood your concern. If the tubal patency and the male factor are good, you stand pretty good chance of conceiving in this scenario. Please remember that the success rate can be up to 60 percent and not 100% in any form of infertility treatment; some may have even lower rates. Several cycles may have to be attempted; usually six cycles of ovulation induction are done. Duphaston is a progesterone used to help the sustenance of the pregnancy, should conception occur.
