i had sex with a condom and ejaculated then cleaned off my penis and urinated then about 5 minutes later had sex for about 3 minutes without a condom and did not ejaculate, but i dont know about precum. could she be pregnant? or did my precum get killed when i urniated

Soon after an ejaculation, the subsequent pre-ejaculate contains poorer amount of sperms. Yet, it cannot be taken for granted that there is no risk since small quantity of sperm is sufficient to cause conception during the fertile period. In the current scenario, you need to wait till she is due for her next natural period and get a home pregnancy test done 3-7 days later if she misses it. If you wish to have an earlier and better confirmation, you can get a blood test for pregnancy ten days from the sexual contact. Hope this helps.
