What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant With Irregular Periods?

I am trying to conceive this is my second issue..my first baby is 2 yrs old.
my periods are irregular even after taking course also my period is 45 days delayed this month and preg test is negative and i am stout but dont have any sugar ,b.p & thyroid problem...please respond immediately...

Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question....I can understand your problem....I would like to tell you that pregnancy chances are there evenif your periods are irregular, because one can not be sure when your ovum is released...
If you are taking pills regularly, then you must have regular period...so if evenafter taking pills, your periods are not regular, then you will have to consult a gynec and find out the cause of it...
Pregnancy tests will be positive after at least 5 weeks of last period, so you can repeat the test again after a week with early morning urine sample...otherwise the best thing is to get your ultrasound done by a gynec, which will confirm pregnancy, if its there. ..it will also help to rule out many pelvic abnormalities. ..
