My wife missed her period.today(4-10-2014) is 5 day For the month of 23 aust 2014 she took unwanted 72 at 3.00 pm,her period date is expected on 26 aust but her bleeding come on 28 aust .... Now next period date due around 29/30 September she didn t bleed. Today is 4-10-2014 (Oct) ..... She is very tens... Regarding her period **V done sex 3 time during the month of September n used protection also(condum) I am sure sperm is not enter *

Hello sir and welcome.

Well firstly, you have used an emergency contraceptive pill (ECP) hopefully within the first 72 hours from sexual intercourse which should provide you sufficiently enough protection from conception. Secondly, you have additionally used a condom. And most important of all, she had a period after the unprotected sexual contact which almost completely rules out conception.

The only issue now is a delay in her period, which could have easily been brought about by the ECP itself. This is a common side effect and is self resolving within a few months from using the pill.
