Hi I am 28 years old single girl. This month my periods 11 days late. 2 months back i had unprotected sex (not properly) with my friend for 5-10 minutes but he did not discharged neither inside vagina nor outside. But after few days of this i got periods.. Now I am afraid if this sex is the reason behind not getting sex. Other reason i am feeling that is the high stress level in my Job. my last date was 24 aug and on 23 sept i got some blood spot, is it that i ddin t have proper period rather than i miss them? Please advice me on this. I am very afraid of not getting my periods. My periods are 7 days late this month. Please guide me how to get periods immediately. Thanks in Advance.

hi healthcare magic user, if would have been your doctor I would have advised you to get a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy as you didn't got proper period.
if the test is positive then consult gynaecologis.
if the test is negative then you can take progesterone tablets to get period.
please also get pelvic ultrasound done to rule out ovarian cyst.
