What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Penetration?

sir my bf rubbed his penis outside my genital organs (also outside vagina) for 2-3 minutes. I feel that his penis was fluidy.He is married.I was worried about getting pregnant so i took unwanted 72 tablet 48 hours later.that was my fertile period.can i be pregnant or have some side effects or can it effect my future pregnancy or can i have STD? I had my periods on 16 july and we did on 1 august .last time my dates was on 17 june .
