Hi, History of PCOS is not a contraindication for a normal delivery. The mode of delivery depends on several factors prior to and during labor. If it is a natural pregnancy, the chances of a natural delivery trial are even more. Indications like abnormal presentation at term, maternal complications like hypertension, abnormal placental location like placenta praevia, cephalopelvic disproportion, fetal complications like cord prolapse, fetal distress etc. can lead to an abdominal delivery. Hope this helps.
