Hi Mrs Kashyap.

Is this your first pregnancy? Have you had any previous C sections?

The decision on mode of delivery (vaginal or C section) does not depend on maturity of placenta. It depends on baby weight, whether baby's bottom is in the lower part of uterus or whether you have any pregnancy complications.

It is extremely important that your diabetes is well controlled. If it is well controlled baby weight remains normal and you can have a normal delivery.

I hope I have answered to your satisfaction.
