What Are The Chances Of Normal Pregnancy With The Tubes Blocked?

1.     I am almost 30 years old.
2.      I have been undergone laproscopic mymactomy for a fibroid in Last october (11 months back).
3.      I have taken ATT for 9 months because of Endometrial Koch, PCR for peritoneal fluid +ve.
4.     I have minor Thalassemia and Gilbert's Syndrome and my base line Billirubine is near 5.
5.     My prolactin level was high (50) and i have taken Cabgoline for 4 weeks after that it was 10.7.
6.     I also had been diagnosed with Endometriosis and had taken Luprid Depot for 6 months (completed in march'11). From May'11 i have regular periods.
7.     I have done HSG last week and my Right tube located spills and left side has cornual block.
8.     I am advised to do laproscopy.
9.     I want to know my chances of normal pregnancy, and alternative of surgery.
