Hi I had my tubes cut and stitched when I had my third child during a csection my last period was June 13 I suppose to get it July 11 but I only spotted browinsh discharge and little big of blood I feels bloated and nauseated could I be pregnant and can the tube grow back together soon be 5 yrs since csection
