What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Abortions?

i am 34 year old i married july 2010 after one month i become pregnant and aborted in last week of the third month, this year i was pregnant again annd i aborted in the second week of the forth month just before 4 days. can you help me to no my situation and the best time to become pregnant again

Hi, I have gone through your question. Recurrent first trimester miscarriages are mostly due to chromosomal anomalies in the fetus, which are increased with the advancing maternal age.
However, there are many other causes like diabetes, autoimmune diseases, hormonal disturbances which can cause first trimester miscarriages.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated, if any cause found before trying for conception.There should be a gap of at least 6 months after the last abortion, before trying for conception again, with intake of folic acid tablet from 2 months prior to planning conception .
