What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy If Ejaculation Has Not Happened Inside?

Doctor,
Last night my boyfriend rubbed his penis against my vagina. He did not have a condom on. He did not insert or penetrate nor did he ejaculate. My last menstrual period ended last Sat/Sunday (8/6-8/7) it is currently Tuesday 8/9. I just started the pill one week ago but I know it takes one week to become active. What are the chances of pregnancy? Do I need Plan B? Thank you for your time.

Hello,
I would like to tell you that evenif your boyfriend had not ejaculated in your vagina, but still his precum can contain sperms and only one motile sperm is enough to fertilize ovum, but chances are rare, as penetration or ejaculation had not been there, but you can not say that its 100% safe.
So my advise to you is that count your day from the last date of menstrual bleeding and if you had that non penetrative sex on 13th to 16th day of your cycle, then there are rare chances of getting pregnant.
So its better to take emergency contraceptive pills as early as possible after having sex to avoid any chances of pregnancy.
