Is there any chances of her getting pregnant as we had unprotected sex on day 22 and day 23 I.e the next 2 days of completion of 21 pills. Thanks
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Taking oral contraceptive pills regularly and consistently has a extremely low chance of pregnancy amounting to around 0.1%. Moreover, unprotected intercourse on day 21 and 22 has no chance of the pregnancy as the ovulation is suspended by the oral contraceptive pills. Hope you found the answer helpful. Wishing you good health. Dr Deepti Verma
