i am 40 yr old having one 9 yr child. we want a second baby. I have a bulky uterus 10.9x6.8x9.8 with multiple intramural fibroid in anterior and posterior wall.largest fibroid is 2.6x1.6 cm. endometrial thickness 4.1mm and ill defined otherwise everytg is normal.My querry is can i coceive normally or ivf is best for me.
